Over the integration of Active Directory AxCMS.net enables its users to log in via Single Sign On. User groups from AD can be imported to AxCMS.net and provided individually with rights and roles.

The system administrator can assigns roles and rights on the basis of navigation, with special permissions or so-called Creator rights.

Which rights and roles can be assigned in the system and what exactly do these enable the owner, can be defined over a matrix, which enables, over the so-called CheckPoints, the individual configuration of the available rights and roles in AxCMS.net

The system is provided with a standard matrix, which is completely sufficient for a simple right and role system, but it can also be easily adapted and extended.

That way the AxCMS.net enables the creation of an individual right allocation system, which allows it to be exactly adapted for a respective application with its needs, whilst staying easy to operate and at the same time offering the possibility to individually define complex workflows and still keep it straightforward.

Over templates it's possible to define dynamic elements, which allow the uncomplicated creation of dynamic forms. These can be used to provide users the log in to protected areas or forums, as well as to enable registration or a subscription of a newsletter.

The AxCMS.net allows the precise assignment of tasks to individual users. At the same time the task can be linked to other AxCMS.net objects over categories. The appointee can be optionally informed via E-Mail, but all in all he/she will find his/her task in his/her personalized workspace.
